Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights. The role ensures effective communication between stakeholders, supports decision-making, and contributes to process improvements and system implementations to drive organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and operations teams.

  • Support implementation of ERP/SAP modules and ensure smooth integration with business operations.

  • Develop business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and impact analysis for process changes or new initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate risks/issues when necessary.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations) to align solutions with business objectives.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on newly implemented systems or processes.

  • Support compliance, governance, and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry.

  • Experience with SAP modules (Finance, Audit, Costing, or related) will be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
