Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights. The role ensures effective communication between stakeholders, supports decision-making, and contributes to process improvements and system implementations to drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and operations teams.

Support implementation of ERP/SAP modules and ensure smooth integration with business operations.

Develop business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

Conduct cost-benefit and impact analysis for process changes or new initiatives.

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate risks/issues when necessary.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations) to align solutions with business objectives.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on newly implemented systems or processes.

Support compliance, governance, and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry.

Experience with SAP modules (Finance, Audit, Costing, or related) will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
