Role Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services. You will manage vendor relationships, track shipments, and analyze market trends to ensure the organization maintains a competitive edge.

  • Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identifying reliable suppliers, requesting quotes (RFQ), and conducting regular vendor performance evaluations.

  • Negotiation: Securing favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize ROI.

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management: Processing requisitions, issuing POs, and ensuring accurate documentation for audit purposes.

  • Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking (balancing the "Just-in-Time" approach).

  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

  • Cost Analysis: Comparing prices and products to ensure the best value, and reporting on monthly savings/spending.
