About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain team as an Executive – International Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all international shipment activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in compliance with company policies and global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end international logistics operations, including import and export documentation.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely clearance.

• Ensure adherence to international trade laws and company compliance standards.

• Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delays, and track delivery performance.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order planning, material movement, and documentation.

• Prepare shipment cost reports and maintain data accuracy for audits.

• Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in international logistics or shipping operations.

• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and incoterms.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
