Position Summary

Support to DCS engineer and shift Incharge in production line control room, troubleshooting and maximum output by managing line resources. Making reports of production and raw materials data

Duties and Responsibilities

• To Monitor the Production of plants.
• Prepare Production, Down Time & Waste Report.
• To monitor All Activities from the Raw Material Feeding Area to the Recycling Area.
• To monitor All Activities in the Filter Room Such As (Filter Disk Disassembling and assembling and
• Cleaning Process of Filter & Also Changing of Filter).
• To Monitor the Housekeeping Activity.
• Ability to Resolve the Problems that often happen on the production line
• Handling and Preparation of Chemical for production

Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Education

M.Sc./B.Sc. in chemical/polymer engineering

Job Related Experience

Fresh to 1+ years of experience of relevant industry
