The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance, insights, and solutions to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. The role bridges HR strategy with business needs and ensures alignment between people initiatives and business goals.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.

Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development interventions.

Assist in succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify talent needs and assist in selection processes.

Track HR initiatives’ effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.

Strong understanding of HR functions: talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR analytics.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
