Role Description

As the Head of Organizational Development, you will be the architect of our human capital infrastructure. Your mission is to design and implement world-class, integrated talent systems that drive organizational agility, foster a high-performance culture, and build the leadership bench required to achieve our vision. You will translate business strategy into people strategy, ensuring our structure, processes, and capabilities are future-fit.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Organization Design & Optimization

  • Lead enterprise-wide organizational design initiatives to enhance efficiency, clarify accountabilities, and support strategic pivots.
  • Diagnose structural bottlenecks and design target operating models that improve cross-functional collaboration and decision velocity in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to optimize workforce planning and design roles that are future fit and enable organizational value agenda.

Talent Management Architecture & Program Leadership

  • Job Analysis & Competency Frameworks: Establish and maintain a robust foundation of role definitions, job architectures, and future-focused competency frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Performance Management: Champion a modern, continuous performance management system that drives accountability, development, and business results.
  • Career & Succession Development: Architect enterprise-wide career pathing and succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity and retain critical talent.
  • Selection & Employer Branding: Develop competency-based selection programs and Partner with Talent Acquisition to refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent.

Technology Enablement – SAP SuccessFactors

  • Act as the key business owner for the Talent modules of our SAP SuccessFactors suite (Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, Learning).
  • Collaborate closely with IT and external consultants to configure, customize, and optimize the SuccessFactors platform to reflect our talent processes accurately.
  • Ensure the system is leveraged to its full potential for data-driven talent decisions and a seamless user experience.

Culture, Engagement & Learning

  • Partner with the CHRO and HR Business Partners to shape and embed a high-performance, inclusive, and innovative organizational culture.
  • Design and analyze comprehensive employee engagement surveys; develop and lead action planning to improve organizational health.
  • Oversee the strategic direction of the Learning & Development function, ensuring learning initiatives are scalable, address competency gaps, and support leadership development at all levels.

 

Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in HR / Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large organization. Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly preferred.

 

Proven Expertise in:

  • Leading large-scale OD and design projects.
  • Designing and implementing enterprise talent management programs (performance, succession, career).
  • Developing and applying competency frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors' Talent modules (PMGM, Succession, RCM).
  • Managing change and influencing senior stakeholders in a decentralized business environment.
