Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead and oversee all regulatory activities across our organization. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory standards, managing regulatory submissions, and maintaining a proactive approach to evolving legal frameworks impacting our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with government bodies and regulatory agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, policies, and standards.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, government bodies, and external legal consultants.

  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all regulatory filings, licenses, renewals, and approvals.

  • Monitor and interpret changes in applicable regulations and assess their impact on business operations.

  • Advise internal stakeholders and senior management on regulatory risks, trends, and updates.

  • Develop internal policies and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.

  • Conduct regulatory training and awareness programs across departments.

  • Manage audits, inspections, and investigations conducted by regulatory authorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, quality, manufacturing, R&D, and commercial units.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, Public Policy, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal functions, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of local and international regulatory environments, especially those related to [industry-specific areas e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, FMCG, etc.].

  • Demonstrated experience working with SECP, DRAP, Ministry of Commerce, or other regulatory bodies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
