Position Title: Lead – Finished Goods & Raw Materials (FGs/RM)

Position Summary:

The Lead – FGs/RM is responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse and dispatch operations, managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods from plant to customers. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring quality compliance, and achieving departmental and organizational targets through effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse & logistics for raw materials and finished goods, including receiving, storage, and handling.
• Review and approve STOs, PRs, PO, and rework orders in coordination with relevant teams.
• Plan and monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, inventory accuracy, and proper system transactions/documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
• Monitor daily inventory, warehouse operations, and vehicle turnaround times.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; ensure performance and skills development.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
