Position Summary
The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing a system for smooth operation of dispatch stock from Plant to customers while maintaining high quality and fulfilling Department KPIs

- Handle all logistics operations regarding raw materials and finished goods of the Warehouse.
- Oversee receiving and storing raw materials and finished goods at the Warehouse.
- Review and approve purchase orders for stock transport order for approval (STO)
- Review and approve PR for all local/import material other than MRP/RM and Packing.
- Review re-work order for Re-packing / Re-grading / Re-pelleting in coordination with Production team if required.
- Plan and monitor that the dispatch plan is executed timely & efficiently in coordination with the Quality, Logistics and Marketing Department.
- Plan and schedule training programs for department employees. Prepare the subject material of training session and conduct training. Attain feedback from trainees to ensure compliance of training in accordance with the skills matrix in the department.
- Attend internal/external/self-audits as and when required; Review all audit related records whilst monitoring the achievement of the targets against the quality objectives by coordinating with internal auditors.
- Obtain updates regarding daily inventory status in daily meetings & warehouse issues, if any.
- Correspond with internal and external contacts through emails; these contacts may include Marketing, Logistics and Procurement Team.
- Monitor the placement of finished goods and raw materials, ensuring its compliance with the FIFO (First in First Out) requirements as and when required.
- Ensure all systematic transactions in the system are done by the staff in a timely manner, along with proper filing.
- Monitors turn out times for vehicles.
- Conduct regular visits to warehouse; Oversee people management and monitor performance related to assigned tasks.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Head of Warehouse.
Key Performance Indicators
Minimum Education
Requires knowledge of specialized principles or techniques normally obtained through a three- or four-year academic program or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program directly related to the type of work being performed
Job Related Experience
5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing (Raw material, finished goods, receiving, issuance, reporting, and record keeping
