Position Summary:

The Lead Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial statements and management reports. This role ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls while providing actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

• Lead the financial closing process, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submissions.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits and resolve any financial discrepancies.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide financial analysis and variance reports to support business decisions.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting accuracy.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.

Key Requirements:

• Education: CA Finalist / ACCA / MBA (Finance)

• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or large corporate setup.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
