We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Finance Lead to oversee financial operations and reporting for our manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong expertise in cost accounting, plant finance, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead plant-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive cost control initiatives and variance analysis
• Partner with plant operations to improve financial performance

Management and Financial Accounting

• Oversee inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
• Supervise month-end closing and reporting

Working capital

• Manage working capital and cash flow at plant level

Internal Controls / Audit

• Work towards strengthening internal controls through Internal Audit

Team lead

• Lead, mentor and develop the plant finance team to ensure high performance, accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• CA Finalist, with 2 years of experience post qualification or,
• Qualified ACCA, with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience or,
• Qualified ICMA, with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
