Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead – Financial Reporting to oversee the preparation, analysis, and submission of timely and accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while supporting strategic financial decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.

  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of group financials.

  • Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Monitor updates in accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting.

  • Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).

  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and improve reporting accuracy.

  • Prepare financial analysis to support management reporting and decision-making.

  • Provide technical accounting guidance to finance and cross-functional teams.

  • Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals.


Requirements:

  • Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial consolidation, and reporting.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and financial reporting tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Team leadership experience is preferred.
