Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Lead – Process Audit. The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end process audits across departments, ensuring adherence to internal controls, compliance frameworks, and best practices. The role requires a proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal process audits.

  • Assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of operational workflows across departments.

  • Develop and implement audit methodologies, risk assessments, and testing strategies.

  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and non-compliance risks; recommend practical solutions.

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.

  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and risk mitigation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CISA preferred.

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in internal audit, process audit, or risk management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
