Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (North) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional sales teams, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets across the North region. The role focuses on strategic planning, distributor management, team leadership, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets

  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage the regional sales team

  • Manage distributors, key accounts, and channel partners

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

  • Ensure effective sales forecasting and reporting

  • Drive product penetration and market expansion initiatives

  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 7–10 years of sales experience, with regional leadership exposure

  • Strong people management and negotiation skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
