About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRBP (Plants) to be based at our Head Office. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between corporate strategy and plant execution, managing a team of on-site HRBPs across our manufacturing facilities. You won’t just be overseeing processes; you will be driving talent excellence, cultural transformation, and operational compliance to ensure our workforce is as high-performing as our plants.
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Bridge Corporate & Plant Ops: Act as the primary HR consultant to divisional heads, ensuring plant-specific HR strategies align with the broader organization’s goals.
- COE Collaboration: Partner closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) to adapt and implement learning initiatives , development, and talent initiatives specifically for the plant environment.
- Policy Development: Implement he design and implementation of plant-specific policies in coordination with administration to ensure operational efficiency.
Talent & Performance Excellence
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-quality sourcing and a seamless onboarding experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Strategic Training & Development: Identify critical skill gaps and collaborate with SMEs and external trainers to build tailored development programs.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, coaching managers on how to conduct meaningful reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Workplace Culture: Foster a high-engagement environment through recognition programs, effective communication, and a positive organizational climate.
- Grievance & Ethics: Serve as a key advisor on employee relations, managing grievances and enforcing the Code of Conduct to maintain the highest ethical standards.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Systems Management: Ensure the integrity of HRIS records and oversee the approval of employee requests, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Audit and maintain HR policies and documentation to ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

What makes you the perfect candidate:
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a well reputed institution. SHRM/CIPD certification preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. With at least 4 years in a plant-based role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
