The Shares Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of company shares, supporting shareholder services, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and shareholders, as well as efficient management of documentation and reporting related to company shares.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update shareholder records accurately and timely.

Facilitate share transfers, issuance, and cancellation processes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and manage all documentation related to shares, including share certificates, meeting notices, and corporate filings.

Support in organizing and conducting shareholder meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs) and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs).

Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and legal teams to ensure compliance with shareholding regulations.

Respond to shareholder queries promptly and professionally.

Assist in preparing periodic reports and maintaining a secure and organized share registry.

Ensure proper documentation of dividend distribution and related processes.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate teams for timely submissions and updates.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in shares management, corporate affairs, or related roles.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to shares and corporate governance.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with corporate management systems.
