Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shares Executive to support the day-to-day operations related to shareholder services and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shareholders, handling correspondence, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update shareholders' records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle share transfers, transmission, issuance of duplicate certificates, and dividend processing.

Coordinate with the Share Registrar for timely execution of shareholder-related matters.

Assist in the preparation of shareholder reports, notices, and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, including SECP, CDC, and PSX.

Support the preparation and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extra-Ordinary General Meetings (EGMs).

Address shareholder queries and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of returns and reports.

Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in share management, corporate affairs, or secretarial practices.

Knowledge of SECP, CDC, and PSX regulations is essential.

Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
