Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementation of routine production activities of the department.
• Plan about the monthly weekly and daily production targets, to achieve annual
• production target by maximum utilization of the capacity with minimum cost.
• Responsible for recording and reporting of the production activities on the SAP
• Software.
• Responsible for keeping machine records and managing a ll paper works, log sheets
• and reports.
• Responsible for process control including (Extrusion, casting unit, pinning,
• orientation, chemical treatment, corona treatment, recycling, vacuum system).
• To ensure all quality measures are followed during production of the films by
• maintaining all film parameters within specifications.
• To prepare documents for ISO and ensure that all activities are done according to
• ISO standards.
• Provide effective troubleshooting services.
• Safe handling of material and minimize losses.
• Continuous inspection and monitoring of roll quality on the winder.
• To train, motivate and control all shift in-charges, trainees, operators and other
• workers.
• Proper ventilation for the plant, to exclude dust, is an important requirement.
