Role Overview

The HRBP – Corporate Functions role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle for corporate functions, ensuring effective execution of hiring process, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning initiatives, engagement activities, HR operations, and offboarding. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver consistent, compliant, and people-centric HR services through SuccessFactors (SF), aligned with organizational culture and business objectives.

 

Location: Head Office, Karachi

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to manage interview schedules and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring data in SuccessFactors.
  • Support offer documentation, pre-employment checks, and hiring approvals.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

 

Onboarding / Offboarding & New Joiner Experience

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Conduct new joiner sessions on KPIs, CI goals, and speed-to-performance expectations.
  • Facilitate mandatory trainings including SAP, SuccessFactors, and organizational policies.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience and collect structured feedback through onboarding checklists.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding, clearance, and final settlement processes through SuccessFactors.

 

Performance & Talent Management

  • Facilitate CI goals and KPI finalization and review processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Coordinate half-yearly and annual performance review cycles.
  • Track employee confirmations and probation completions.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards team for KPI-linked payroll processing.
  • Support HR initiatives, recognition programs, and day-to-day HRBP support.

 

Employee Relations & Grievance Management

  • Handle employee grievances and complaints with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Conduct one-on-one employee check-ins and support retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Educate employees and managers on company policies, values, and behavioral standards.
  • Ensure compliance and support disciplinary actions in a fair, timely, and compliant manner.

 

Learning & Development Support

  • Conduct learning needs assessments in coordination with Learning & OD teams.
  • Coordinate nominations for internal and external training programs.
  • Organize learning initiatives such as book clubs, communication sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.

 

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement and recognition activities.
  • Analyze engagement survey results and share actionable insights with HRBPs and OD teams.
  • Support improvement initiatives for low-scoring engagement areas.

 

HR Operations & Systems Support

  • Manage HR transactions, transfers, and approvals through SuccessFactors.
  • Maintain HR master data, reports, and dashboards for HR leadership.
  • Support operational processes, including employee cards, health cards, fuel cards, and IT asset coordination.
