Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Track Lead – HCM/SF to oversee and lead the Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors implementation and operations track. The role will involve providing strategic guidance, ensuring successful delivery of HCM projects, and optimizing HR processes through technology. The Track Lead will act as the primary point of contact for all HCM/SF initiatives, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, efficiency, and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Delivery

Lead the HCM/SF track, providing vision, strategy, and governance to ensure successful delivery of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align HCM/SF strategy with organizational objectives and process improvements.

Drive adoption of HCM/SF across the organization, ensuring that system configurations and enhancements meet business needs.
Project & Track Management

Oversee project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery for HCM/SF initiatives.

Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and smooth execution.

Coordinate with technical teams, functional consultants, and external vendors to ensure system enhancements and integrations are delivered efficiently.
System Optimization & Process Improvement

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in HCM processes, leveraging SuccessFactors capabilities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Identify and implement automation opportunities, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimizations across HCM modules.

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements within HCM systems.
Team Leadership & Development

Mentor and guide the HCM/SF team, defining clear goals, managing performance, and fostering skill development.

Drive succession planning and knowledge transfer within the team to ensure continuity and capability building.

Promote cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, and business teams for successful system adoption and change management.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

5-6 years of experience in HCM/SF implementations, HRIS, or HR technology projects.

Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

Strong experience in project management, track leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Experience with HR process transformation, system integrations, and HR reporting/analytics is highly preferred.
